Time flies when you’re having fun!
I’m so pleased to say that Hear in Texas turns two this year. It’s been a busy two years of doing all that we can for the New Braunfels community regarding hearing care.
During these jam-packed two years, we’ve achieved quite a few amazing things both in and out of the office. For one, we’ve grown to a team of six amazing staff members – and we’re currently hiring more, if you’re curious…
Our team has mentored four amazing audiology students as they’ve continued their education into hearing care. We’ve also been working on our own education and have logged over 100 hours into online courses and staff development to help us continue to be the best in New Braunfels.
Along with those great milestones, we’ve also…
- Served over 1,500 patients from 65 different cities
- Co-hosted a Veteran Resource Fair and a Veteran BBQ
- Participated in over 40 Chamber of Commerce events and the
- Alzheimer’s Association Walk
- Presented 14 Doctor’s talks as well as presenting at the Alzheimer’s Symposium
- Ran booths or information tables at 21 different events
- Donated several charitable contributions
- Provided three daycare vision and hearing screenings
- Held 18 days of hearing screenings in the community
And we could go on, but we’re only here to toot our own horn for a little while!
Working with Hear in Texas and doing the work I love most has really made the past two years zip by. We’ve been so busy working hard to provide top-tier hearing care to the New Braunfels area, and my team and I are all very privileged to work together to reach our goals both in and out of the office.
We have plenty of awesome things in the pipeline for our community members, so watch this space – we’re only going up from here!
