“Having helped tens of thousands of people achieve better hearing—and building a national reputation for pushing boundaries in audiological care—I felt it was time for a new chapter.
In late 2021, I sold my clinic in Midland and relocated with my husband to New Braunfels, ready to embrace life in this beautiful and vibrant part of Texas.
By July 2022, the doors to our brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic were open. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many incredible people and helping them reconnect with the sounds and moments they love most.
While clinical excellence is at the core of everything we do, you’ll quickly see this is no cold, sterile medical office. This is advanced hearing care delivered with genuine heart and soul.
If you or someone you love is concerned about hearing loss, and you want to work with a team that has helped thousands find clarity, connection, and confidence—then we’re here for you.
We’d be honored to support your journey to better hearing and a fuller life.”

There’s no shortage of places to have your hearing tested, whether online or even at a local big box retail store. But in the same way that you wouldn’t trust the internet or a retail employee to make a medical diagnosis, it’s high-risk to put the fate of your hearing health in their hands.
Although most common hearing tests simply look to answer the granular question of if you have a hearing loss and need hearing aids, diagnostic hearing evaluations given by our hearing doctors look much deeper to determine why you may be experiencing hearing challenges to solve the core problem.
This means that we often discover that hearing aids are not the right solution to a hearing challenge and explore alternative options.

Although earwax is a natural substance that protects your ears, it can often build-up and cause your ears to become blocked. When this happens, it can result in a sudden hearing loss, headaches and dizziness.
Although over-the-counter options are available to self-treat, the correct and medically-recommended way to address this challenge is to visit a Doctor of Audiology to have your ears professionally cleaned.
Our hearing doctors utilize the latest technology to ensure that removing earwax is quick and pain-free. You will walk away with your ears feeling clean and clear at last!

There’s a difference between someone who networks and someone who knows how to genuinely connect. Lisa Hernandez is the kind of woman who can walk into a room in New Braunfels, on her own, and leave with real relationships, not just business cards.
Lisa is the President and a Commercial Lender at Prosperity Bank, and if you’ve spent any time around the New Braunfels business community, chances are you’ve seen her in action. I first met her at a the Women’s Business Alliance luncheon with New Braunfels Chamber, where she introduced herself by saying she “sells money.” That told me everything I needed to know, sharp, confident, and completely herself.
We recently sat down at The Reel here in New Braunfels, and what stood out (again) wasn’t just her experience, it was how she shows up. Consistent. Approachable. And always willing to step in where she’s needed. Whether that’s through her work in banking or the time she gives to local nonprofits, she’s someone who contributes to this community in a real way.
What I admire most is her confidence. Not the loud kind, the grounded kind. The kind that allows you to walk into a room alone and trust that you belong there.
When I asked her what advice she gives to women in leadership, she kept it simple: stay true to yourself. That’s something I come back to often. In business, in leadership, in life; if you’re constantly adjusting who you are to fit the room, you lose the very thing that makes people trust you.
She also shared something practical that more people need to hear, be intentional with your money. Build a realistic budget, plan ahead, and don’t try to navigate financial decisions alone. Your banker, your CPA, your advisors, they should all be part of your strategy.
Lisa is a strong example of what leadership looks like in New Braunfels today. It’s not performative. It’s not forced. It’s steady, self-aware, and rooted in who you are.
And that’s exactly why it works.
