I was raised in San Antonio, Texas, and I am proud to be a United States Air Force veteran. Before entering hearing healthcare, I spent approximately 25 years in business development and marketing management, followed by work as a business owner and consultant to doctors and physicians.
My path into audiology came through my wife, Dr. Sally Miranda and, as fate would have it, our personal and professional journeys eventually came together. Today, Sally and I are proud to own and operate HEAR In Texas together.
As Operations Manager, I use my background in business, marketing, leadership, and consulting to help create a well-organized and supportive environment for our providers and staff. While much of what I do happens behind the scenes, everything ultimately comes back to one goal: making sure our patients receive an exceptional experience and the highest level of care possible. One of the greatest rewards of my work is being able to build something meaningful alongside my wife and our team while serving the community we call home.
Outside the office, I enjoy playing dominoes, listening to live music, networking, and staying involved in civic and community initiatives.
Family is a big part of my life, and Sally and I are blessed with five children and four grandchildren. We also have two very special Bernedoodles, Hear-O and Audi-O, who are licensed service dogs for me and licensed therapy dogs at HEAR In Texas. Whether I’m supporting our team, connecting with our community, or spending time with family, I believe strongly in service, relationships, leadership, and helping others succeed.
